Wedding Rental — $1,750
Make Garrett’s Place yours for three days, giving you plenty of time to decorate, celebrate your wedding, and clean up afterward without feeling rushed.

Three-day access to Garrett’s Place
Beautiful venue lighting included
Bridal room upstairs, providing a special entrance for the bride
Food preparation room with refrigerator, commercial steamer, microwave, and sink
Large mobile Smart TV for slideshows, photos, videos, and more
Accommodations for weddings of up to 125 guests
Reservation Deposit: A $250 refundable security deposit is required to reserve your date. After 10 days, the reservation is committed and the deposit is not refundable if the event is canceled. Following the wedding, the $250 is returned once the venue has been cleaned and everything has been properly put away.
Wedding Day Insurance: Weddings require a minimum $1 million event liability insurance policy covering the wedding day. The policy is purchased separately by the renter; cost varies based on the event and insurer.
